Story: Dhanya Balakrishna (Dhanya), Komali Prasad (Komali) and Tridha Choudhury (Tridha) are friends who go to Goa for a wedding. One of their friends, Siddi Idani (Siddi)is married but unhappy with her sex life. The girls hire a male stripper who mysteriously dies, setting off a chain of unforeseen events.

Review: When a movie, that pretends to be a thriller, depends more on glamour and below-the-belt comedy, you know the director really doesn’t care much about the story-line. Anukunnadi Okati Ayindi Okkati is one such film, where director Balu Adusumilli tries to put as much objectification on the screen as possible, under the guise of being bold.

Dhanya is upset and breaks up with her boyfriend because he doesn’t kiss her the way she wants. Komali is a fashion designer who’s pissed off at a director who asked her to wear a bikini. Tridha is a journalist who lashes out at a porn star in a live interview. All of them have one thing in common – frustration. Sharing their woes over drinks, the friends decide to head to Goa to attend a wedding. There they meet Siddi, someone who’s facing post-marital crisis and is equally frustrated. When they hire a male stripper and he dies, the film doesn’t even make you want to find out what happens next.

The film just seems like another take on the recently released 3 Monkeys, with an added Monkey. Director Balu ensures that almost every frame with the girls has a beer bottle in it to show how bold these women are. Some effort put into the storyline would’ve ensured this instead. The twists and turns that follow are predictable and even silly, when it comes down to it. Actor Sameer who plays a cop in the film is misused totally. The comedy is cringy and the climax makes you wonder why you’re even watching the film.

The film and its contrived storyline doesn’t give any of the actors enough scope to perform. All the girls look beautiful but that doesn’t help in any way. The dialogues seem like they’re a spin-off from popular memes. Anukunnadi Okati Ayindi Okkati just doesn’t work!

ధన్యా బాలకృష్ణ, కోమలీ ప్రసాద్, సిద్ది ఇద్నానీ, త్రిధా చౌదరి అందమైన హీరోయిన్లతో నూతన దర్శకుడు బాలు అడుసుమిల్లి చేసిన ప్రయోగమే అనుకున్నది ఒకటి అయినది ఒకటి. ఇలాంటి కాన్సెప్ట్‌లు బాలీవుడ్, హాలీవుడ్‌లో సక్సెస్ అయ్యాయి.. అదే విధంగా తెలుగులోనూ విజయవంతమవుతుందా? ఈ అందమైన నలుగురు భామలకు మంచి పేరును తీసుకొచ్చిందా? లేదా? అన్నది చూద్దాం

 కథ ఓ నలుగురు అమ్మాయిలు. అందులో ముగ్గురు (ధన్యా బాలకృష్ణ, కోమలీ ప్రసాద్, త్రిధా చౌదరి) ఉద్యోగాలు చేసుకుంటూ ఇష్టమొచ్చినట్టు స్వేచ్చగా బతికేస్తుంటారు. వీరిలో గ్యాంగ్‌లో మిగిలిన సిద్ది (సిద్ది ఇద్నానీ) పెళ్లి చేసుకుని అసంతృప్తితో బతికేస్తుంది. ఈ నలుగురు తమ స్నేహితురాలి పెళ్లి కోసమని గోవా వెళ్తారు. 

ఫస్టాప్ అనాలిసిస్.. టీజర్, ట్రైలర్‌లో చూపించినట్టుగానే ఇది కాస్త బోల్డ్ నెస్‌తో కూడుకున్న సినిమానే. ఆఫీస్‌లోని ఫ్రస్ట్రేషన్ అంతా తీర్చుకునే క్రమంలో అమ్మాయిలంతా కలిసి మందు, సిగరెట్లు తాగడం వంటి సీన్లతోనే ఫస్టాఫ్ మొత్తం నింపేశాడు. ప్రతీ ఐదారు నిమిషాలకు దాదాపు ఇవే సీన్స్, డబుల్ మీనింగ్ డైలాగ్స్‌తోనే నింపేసిన ఫీలింగ్ కలుగుతుంది. నలుగురు అమ్మాయిలు కలిస్తే ఇలా ఉంటుందా? అనే అనుమానం వచ్చేలా ప్రథమార్థం సాగింది. నలుగురు అమ్మాయిలు ఓ అబ్బాయిని బుక్ చేసుకోవడం, నేను ముందు వెళ్తానంటే నేను ముందు వెళ్తానని అరుచుకోవడం లాంటి సీన్స్, వారంతా మాట్లాడే డబుల్ మీనింగ్ డైలాగ్స్ ఓ దశలో చిరాకు కూడా పుట్టిస్తాయి. వారంతా కలిసి అతడ్ని చంపేయడం, శవాన్ని పడేయడంతో ప్రథమార్థం ముగుస్తుంది. బోల్డ్ డైలాగ్‌లతో నిండిపోయిన ప్రథమార్థం.. ప్రేక్షకులను ఓ మోస్తరుగా మెప్పించే అవకాశం ఉంది.

సెకండాఫ్ అనాలిసిస్.. గోవాలో హత్య చేసి హైద్రాబాద్‌కు చేరుకుని ఎవరి పనుల్లో వారు మునిగితేలుతూ ఉండే సీన్స్‌తో ద్వితీయార్థం మొదలవుతుంది. అయితే వీరందర్నీ కలిసి ఓ అజ్ఞాతవ్యక్తి బ్లాక్ మెయిల్ చేయడంతో మళ్లీ గోవాకే రావడం, అతనేవరో కనిపెట్టాలనే చేసే ప్రయత్నాలు సిల్లీగా అనిపిస్తాయి. ఎంతో సస్పెన్స్‌, థ్రిల్లింగ్‌తో సాగాల్సిన ఈ సీన్స్ మరీ నీరసనంగా సాగడంతో ప్రేక్షకులకు సహన పరీక్ష పెట్టినట్టు అనిపిస్తుంది. చివరకు కథనం గాడి తప్పినట్టు కనిపిస్తుంది. క్లైమాక్స్‌లోనైనా.. ఏదైనా సీరియస్‌నెస్ ఉంటుందని ఊహించిన ప్రేక్షకుడికి నిరాశే మిగులుతుంది. ప్రేక్షకులను కట్టిపడేయడంలో ద్వితీయార్థం విఫలమైన ఫీలింగ్ కలుగుతుంది. 

నటీనటుల పర్ఫామెన్స్ ధన్యా బాలకృష్ణ, కోమలీ ప్రసాద్, సిద్ది ఇద్నానీ, త్రిధా చౌదరి అందరు గ్లామర్‌ను బాగానే ఒలకబోశారు. ఇక సినిమా మొత్తం వీరే కనడబడటంతో నటించే స్కోప్ కూడా దక్కింది. ఈ అందరిలోనూ ధన్యా బాలకృష్ణ చక్కగా కనిపించడమే కాదు.. అందర్నీ ఆకట్టుకునేలా నటించింది. మిగిలిన ఆ ముగ్గురు పర్వాలేదనిపించింది. మిగిలిన పాత్రల్లో సమీర్, హిమజ ఇలా తమ పరిధి మేరకు నటించారు. జాక్‌ పాత్ర కడుపుబ్బా నవ్విస్తోంది. ఆ పాత్ర ధారి బాగానే ఆకట్టుకున్నాడు.

సాంకేతిక నిపుణుల పనితీరు.. అనుకున్నది ఒకటి అయినది ఒకటి సినిమాలో పాటలు కూడా అంతగా గుర్తుండవు. వికాస్ అందించిన నేపథ్య సంగీతం కూడా ఏమంతగా ఆకట్టుకోలేదు. శేఖర్ గంగనమోని తన కెమెరా పనితనంతో గోవా అందాలను బాగానే ఎలివేట్ చేశాడు. మణికాంత్ ఇంకొన్నిసీన్లను తీసేస్తే బాగుండేదనిపిస్తుంది. నిర్మాణ విలువలు సినిమా స్థాయికి తగ్గట్టుగా ఉన్నాయి.

ఫైనల్‌గా.. అనుకున్నది ఒకటి అయినది ఒకటి అంటే.. నలుగురమ్మాయిలు కలిసి కూర్చుని చేసే చిట్ చాట్. అయితే ఇందులోని బోల్డ్ డైలాగ్స్ యూత్‌ను ఆకట్టుకునేలా ఉన్నా.. కమర్షియల్‌గా నిలబడుతుందో లేదో చూడాలి.
